our story
how it all began...
​Deep in the heart of Victoria's Yarra Valley, the origin of gourmet foods and boutique wineries, lies nestled in its heartland, a hand-made mud-brick dwelling; the home of Ricci's Bikkies.

Locally sourced ingredients are used in an ethically sustainable way to produce the finest products imaginable including our classic range of pita crisps that have become a household name, and our much anticipated launch of Palmiettes De Croissant.
2003 was the genesis of this honest business when a young mother named Ricci, who was an accomplished baker, began to experiment at home and develop a line of gourmet, pita crisps.
Her guiding principles were to create superior, quality products, Australian hand-made, without additives or preservatives which would taste delicious.
Her recipe speaks for itself, the original Ricci’s Bikkies is now a family-owned business that is passionate about sustainability and authenticity which is supported by loyal staff and continues to produce for a discerning market.
