In 2023, after months of trials by creator Ross McAuliffe, Ricci’s Bikkies partnered with their visionary neighbours, Four Pillars, to develop the Four Pillars Botanical Gin Cracker— a unique collaboration that brings a fresh twist to savoury snacking.

These twice-baked pita bread crackers are infused with Four Pillars' spent gin botanicals, resulting in a distinctive tang and rich flavour.
