In 2023 Ricci's launched a joint collaborative venture with Four Pillars to create the Four Pillars botanical gin cracker.
These twice-baked pita bread crackers have been seasoned with Four Pillars spent gin botanicals adding a delicious tang.
Perfectly crisp, we love pairing them with any type of cheese or dip and ideally a Four Pillars G&T!
